Girl Headbutts Bouncer Once - and Knocks Him Out!

Here, you see a slim young lady brutally laying a doorman, or bouncer flat out inside of a few seconds with one blow.

In terms of effective martial arts for the streets this demonstrates the following
to you:

– She was much smaller, less-muscled and weighed less than her “victim.”

– She took him out of action, immediately and effectively with only one blow.

Ok, so she proved to us that it definitely IS possible for someone to damage another person, regardless of training, experience, size and strength!

So, how did she do it?

What technique did she use?

The most perfect example of simplicity, brutality and effectiveness that I can think of–the headbutt.

How long did she train to be able to do that?

Ok, you really do need to know how to use the headbutt, otherwise you could actually hurt yourself, but you don’t ever really need to “train” a headbutt, rather just understand how to do it. How many other strikes can you say that about?
